The key to our 40 year history is a deep culture of responding in innovative ways to clients' special requirements in housing. Although the products have evolved through the years, the nearly 200 Texans at KLN have consistently worked in tandem with students, faculty, designers, housing officers/managers and maintenance staff to design, build and deliver around the five perennial challenges: space, durability, aesthetics, budgets and renovation/construction schedules.
