Management Guidance

Through regular individual and group meetings with senior management, trainees will receive constructive feedback on trainee development as well as performance coaching, helping them to make the most of their potential.

Throughout the training, trainees are required to observe and make recommendations on how to improve the company’s operations by highlighting any blind spots or difficulties during mid-term and graduate presentations. Designated department and business unit heads will provide recommendations into actions.

Learning Programme

Trainees and academy graduates are required to engage in an all-round learning programme with annual assessments. It covers potential manager development, service excellence and general development. They may apply for company sponsorship for external courses when business needs arise.

Global Assignment

Potential academy graduates equipped with appropriate skillsets will be assessed. Suitable ones will be appointed to manage global business assignments or seconded to worldwide offices within our global network.
