KLN launched a Privacy Information Management Program to ensure our adherence to the KLN’s Privacy Policy and our compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
We have implemented mandatory training on data privacy, cybersecurity and phishing. The Global Phishing Awareness Campaign is part of our ongoing efforts to educate and empower our office staff in identifying and mitigating phishing threats.

Internally, we enhanced secure remote access with robust authentication protocols and multi-factor authentication, which is required for all employees and critical business platforms.
Collaborating with external partners, we improved threat detection and response capabilities, adopted advanced solutions and tightened access controls, enabling our network infrastructure to be protected in a comprehensive way.
