In Hong Kong: We launched the Soul Amazing Series event to extend our employee wellness programs beyond physical fitness to mental health and overall well-being. Themed initiatives, including the Soul Chill Marketplace and the Soul Relaxation Garden, to take proactive steps toward health improvement and offer a serene environment to unwind and rejuvenate, encouraging employees to reconnect with nature.

In Vietnam: We organised celebratory events for International Women’s Day, Vietnam Women’s Day, and Christmas, strengthening bonds and instilling a spirit of unity within KLN.

In Oceania: We hosted a Resilience and Wellbeing Workshop which offered professional advice on enhancing mental health and personal development, aiming to empower our employees to manage stress and build resilience.

KLN actively seeks to employ individuals with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and women, and collaborate with like-minded partners who share our vision.

We are working with SVhk to support women, especially mothers, who want to reenter the workforce. We engage with participants, arranging job referrals and interviews to connect them with employment opportunities within our organisation.

Facing rising operational demands and expansion needs, KLN is actively engaging in talent recruitment and development initiatives.

KLN addressed frontline staffing shortages by joining Hong Kong’s Enhanced Supplementary Labour Scheme, enabling efficient recruitment while maintaining service quality standards, and collaborated with the local universities to offer internships. In Singapore, KLN has partnered with a local technical institute to offer a work study diploma programme.
