This stream focuses on the supply chain division, to learn how to design solutions for local and international customers, brands from different verticals (fashion, electronics, food and beverage, FMCG, pharmaceutical and medical, industrial and automotive).

During the rotation to the operations team, MTs will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, logistics, and warehouse management; project assignment with exposure to corporate account management and business development, design cutting-edge operation models and solutions from consultation and design to implementation, in order to reduce inventory, shorten lead times, and increase productivity. And to learn how to calculate and monitor project profitability.
