In Hong Kong, we implemented performance scorecards, enabling us to assess and improve service delivery, fostering accountability and supporting informed decision-making. Meanwhile, we conducted regular order follow-ups in Vietnam, launched the Net Promoter Score system in Oceania, and adopted a two-pronged approach in Canada. These strategies helped us maintain high service standards and improve satisfaction ratings.

 

Despite improvements to the operating system, KLN remains committed to enhancing staff skill sets. In Myanmar, we have implemented a comprehensive training programme focused on customer relationship management, teaching employees how to handle complaints and turn them into opportunities. 

In Hong Kong: We implemented PutWall system in chilled logistics, which allows us to sort up to 2,100 pieces per hour, serving over 200 stores per day, leading improvement in sorting efficiency while saving 15% in labour. The AI-powered camera has also been introduced to monitor and analyse the production processes in real time, ensuring precise quality control and reducing manual oversight. 

 

In Oceania: We utilise automation at our Cold Chain warehouse at Sydney and are currently in the progress of exploring the application of satellite racking for our warehouse at Melbourne, potentially boosting operational efficiency, reduce energy consumption and decrease forklift needs, improving worker safety.

 

Despite inserting advanced technology in the production process, KLN has always been exploring how to improve management efficiency. In Myanmar, we implemented the Odoo management system to streamline the process of finance, commercial and procurement to reduce the response times.

 

In the future, KLN will leverage technological advancements to deliver superior services, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
