Kerry Logistics Network Limited (‘Kerry Logistics’; Stock Code 636.HK) continued to reinforce its leading position in the air cargo industry by taking home the Global Logistics Provider of the Year award for the fourth consecutive year and the Regional Express Provider of the Year award for the first time at the Payload Asia Awards 2017 (‘the Awards’) held in Singapore last night.

Organised annually by Payload Asia Magazine, the Awards celebrate excellence in the global air cargo market. Kerry Logistics was nominated by multinational corporations and evaluated based on its unique market leadership, outstanding operational performance and passion to drive innovation. All winners were selected through a dual-track programme which comprised voting by the public and an international panel of expert judges, reflecting the recognition from customers and peers in equal measure.

Kerry Logistics’ express business continues to capture growth opportunities arising from increased e-commerce volume and cross-border logistics activities through its express platform across Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Cambodia. In 2017 Q2, the company formed a joint venture with a local express operator in Indonesia to tap into the booming local express market. Singapore will be the next target for expansion.
